Nancy works in our ECM Benefits Division.  She started her career in the insurance industry in1984 and has a wealth of experience working with fully-insured, self-funded employee benefits, and workers comp programs.  Nancy joined ECM in 2004.

Stephanie works in our ECM Benefits Division and has a BS in Business Administration from Bluefield State College.  She joined ECM in 2004.

Brenda is the receptionist for ECM and has worked in the insurance industry since 1971.  She joined ECM in 1989.

Ellen works in our accounting department and manages the agency's daily accounting transactions.  She joined ECM in 2006 and holds the CBA professional designation.

Melissa manages human resources, licensing, employee benefits and assists management with the daily operations of ECM.  She started her career in insurance in 1992 and joined ECM in 2001.  She has a BS in Criminal Justice from Western Carolina University and holds the CIC processional designation.

Shelly Auton has worked in the insurance industry since 1980.  She joined ECM in 1989 as a bookkeeper and currently manages our IT as liaison to our outside IT partner.
