Charles began his career in insurance in 1991 with Mass Mutual in Charlotte, NC. In addition to the CLU and ChFC designations, Charles holds the series 6, 63 and 65 securities licenses. He is member of the Milllion Dollar Round Table (MDRT), Society of Financial Service Professionals (SFSP), National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA). He is a graduate of North Carolina State University where he received a BS in Economics. Charles helps public and private businesses develop unique approaches to their benefits with a focus on obtaining the highest possible utility of every dollar spent for that purpose.

Luke graduated with a BS in Business Management from Clemson University. He specializes in group medical, dental, life, and short term disability insurance as well as voluntary supplemental benefits.

Jim is the Managing Partner of the ECM Benefits Division. He is a 1969 graduate of Appalachain State University with a B.S. in Social Science & History and has worked in the medical insurance business since 1970.

Angela works with Charles Campbell in our Benefits Division. She started her insurance career in 1976. Her experience includes supporting an independent insurance agency, rating, producing benefit plan designs, underwriting, supervision and work with Third Party Administration. She has worked with Charles since 2002 and joined ECM in 2011.
